This document sets out all the terms that apply to opening an account, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and managing payments on the jaya baji platform. Please read the entire document carefully before using the site.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jaya baji platform and all services operated under it. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on jaya baji, the following conditions must be met:
- The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
- Only one account may be opened per person. A single individual may not operate multiple accounts.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Keeping the account password confidential is the member's own responsibility.
- The mobile number and payment method used during registration must be registered in the account holder's own name.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
jaya baji may request identity verification of an account holder at any time. The member may be required to prove their age and identity through a national identity card or other government-issued document. jaya baji reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Closure or Suspension
jaya baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspected fraud, deception, or system manipulation.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with false information.
- Evidence of being a minor.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
jaya baji currently supports deposits via three mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit amount and applicable conditions for each method are listed below:

3.2 Deposit Rules
- The mobile number used for a deposit must be registered in the same name as the account.
- Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Accurate information is verified before the deposit amount is credited to the account.
3.3 Withdrawal Rules
- All applicable wagering requirements must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
- In cases of suspicious activity, jaya baji reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct further investigation.
- If account verification has not been completed, withdrawals above a certain amount may be held.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All jaya baji bonuses and promotional offers are provided under specific conditions. It is important to read and understand the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed.
Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit, the bonus is ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Wagering required for withdrawal: ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each promotion may only be claimed within its specified time period.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be applied to the same deposit at the same time, unless explicitly stated.
- Bets placed with bonus funds count towards wagering requirements; bets placed with real money do not.
- If a withdrawal is made before a bonus is earned, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
- jaya baji reserves the right to cancel bonuses to prevent misuse of promotional offers.
- No funds are provided "free" alongside a bonus — all bonuses carry wagering requirements.
4.3 Other Promotions
The weekly reload bonus, cricket festival bonus, birthday reward, and referral bonus each have their own wagering conditions and eligibility rules. The specific terms listed alongside each offer supplement these general terms.
Game Rules and Betting Regulations
5.1 General Betting Terms
The following terms apply to participation in sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming sections on jaya baji:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the rules of a specific section state otherwise.
- If an event or game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, jaya baji may decide to refund the stake or void the bet.
- If odds contain a clear error, jaya baji reserves the right to void any bet accepted at those odds.
- Unusually large bets placed from a single account on the same event may be limited or rejected.
5.2 Special Sports Betting Rules
- Odds changing during live betting is normal — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
- If a match or tournament is cancelled or abandoned, settlement will follow jaya baji's established rules.
- In a multi-bet or parlay, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections may be settled without it.
5.3 Casino and Slots Section
The jaya baji casino section offers games from several reputable live casino studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The slots section features games from multiple providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI. Each game has its own RTP and volatility, which are noted in the game information panel.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya baji platform:
Technical Abuse
- Placing bets or winning by exploiting software bugs or technical errors.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to manage bets.
- Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent restrictions.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the site's code or systems.
Financial Abuse
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.

Limitation of Liability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.
11.3 Changes to the Service
jaya baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Members will be notified as early as possible in the event of such changes.
11.4 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the specific rules of each section, form the complete agreement between jaya baji and the member. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this document.
